I’d like to share a few more of my entries from the second part of the self paced 30 day sketchbook challenge I began around mid January.
It’s been such an enriching exercise, especially on days when studio time was limited. I could still work on something without the same pressures that may arise when working more formally.
Through all my years of practice I’ve always maintained sketchbooks, though sporadically at times. This challenge has reenergized my commitment to keeping this practice up. In the upcoming months it will be so interesting to see what seeds may have been sown to make their way into my paintings.
